The Ocean Foundation is developing a sustainable Blue Economy framework that addresses the growing environmental issues within the ocean economy. This fits perfectly with the second and third goals of ICOE 2021 to provide context for conference attendees to fit their priorities into the larger Blue Economy and to identify future research needs.
