Eloise Brown is a Research Professional at the Pacific Marine Energy Center and the Alaska Center for Energy and Power at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Brown has been conducting and teaching marine research and oceanography for 20 years. She received her M.S. from UAF in 2003 and has previously worked at NOAA, University of Western Australia and Alaska Pacific University. Her research focus includes ocean waves, nearshore circulation and renewable hydrokinetic energy derived from waves, tides and rivers.
