A. Click HERE to complete the request form. The ICOE conference will offer 12.25 hours of educational content.

Q. What is the difference between the live concurrent sessions and full research recordings?

 A. The full research recordings are 10-15 audio recordings with PPT slides where presenters provide extensive details about their research. These recordings will be available on-demand starting April 12, two weeks before the meeting, giving registrants time to review the material before the live concurrent sessions and submit questions in advance.

Live concurrent sessions will be during the meeting dates of April 28-30. Each session will begin with 3-minute remarks by each presenter, summarizing the content provided in their full research recording. These brief presentations leave ample time for interactive LIVE discussion and Q&A with the session chair/moderator.

Note: We encourage attendees to review the full research recording prior to the live session dates.

Q. How do I watch a full research recording and ask a question?

A. Go to the “Full Research Recording” tile on the home page to browse the available recordings. Once one is selected, click the blue “Full Research Recording” button next to the presenter information. You can send questions to the presenter using the blue “Question & Answer” button at the bottom of the session information pop up. Presenters have been asked to login every few days to respond to questions. Don’t forget to check back for the answer!

Q. How do I join a live session?

A. You can join using the date tiles on the home page. Each session will have a blue “View Live Session” button in the bottom right corner of the session pop-up. This button will be greyed out until shortly before the scheduled session time, at which point you will be able to enter the session room. Once you have entered the live stream viewer, take a moment to familiarize yourself with the icons that are available:

Ascending Vertical Bars: these will control the volume of your livestream. Click a box and turn it blue to increase the volume, or gray to decrease the volume.

Expanding Arrows: this will control the size of your screen. Click once to enter the full-screen viewer, or click again to return to the original size.

Q. How do I ask the speaker a question during a live session?

A. Once in the Live Stream Viewer, you will see Help, Questions and Discussion on the right side of the viewer. Within the Question area, type in your question, and hit Enter. Other attendees will be able to see your question. The Moderator/Session Chair will see your question and can choose to ask the panelists.

Q. How do I view a session I missed?

A. The livestream will be available for on demand viewing the next day. All sessions will be available for a year after the conference.

Q. How do I submit a question to a poster presenter?

A. As you are viewing the poster pop up, select the blue “Question & Answer” button at the bottom right and submit a question. Poster presenters have been asked to login every few days to respond to questions. Don’t forget to check back for the answer!
