ICOE 2021 Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How long is the ICOE Virtual Platform open/available?

A. The live ICOE event is scheduled for April 28-30, 2021. The platform will remain available to attendees and exhibitors up to 1 year after the event. During that year, you can access all of the content in our On-Demand Library.

Q. Will Registration be closing before the Conference? 

A. No! Registration will remain open throughout and up to 30 days after the Conference. If you register during the conference dates, please allow approximately 20-30 minutes for your confirmation email to come through. You can find your Registrant ID and other information on accessing the virtual platform in the confirmation email. Register Now!

Q. Where can I find the schedule of events?

You can view the event schedule by clicking HERE. This schedule is subject to change as we will be continually adding new events and programming details. The schedule will be finalized by March 31, 2021.

Q. How do I access the ICOE 2021 Virtual Platform?

A. All registered attendees will receive an email with their unique Registrant ID in the beginning of April 2021, along with a link to the login page. 

Q. What Internet browser should I use to access the Virtual Platform?

A. Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox is the preferred internet browser.

The platform does not recommend accessing the conference while on your VPN. You may need to reach out to your IT administrator to surpass the firewall.

Q. Can I check to see if my computer will work with the Virtual Platform prior to the event?

A. Yes! Click HERE to run a system check. This page will run a series of checks on your computer and web browser to get confirmation that your device is suitable to use the full potential of the conference website. If there are any problems then you will see either yellow warnings (things that can be improved) or red warnings (things that may limit your experience). Your organization's IT support team may be able to help you resolve any of these that are beyond your capabilities.

Q. Can I use my computer or my mobile device to connect? 

A. Currently, the platform is not formatted for mobile devices.  While you can access the website on mobile browsers, full functionality will be best on a computer.

Q. In what time zone is the conference scheduled?

A. The schedule will be in US Eastern Time (ET) each day.

Q. How can I request a Professional Development Hours (PDH) certificate?

A. Click HERE to complete the request form. The ICOE conference will offer 12.25 hours of educational content.

Sharing of Information
While participating in ICOE 2021, the platform will automatically track your movement and participation to provide useful data for NHA and Exhibitors.  This information will be used to help NHA provide useful content in the future. This includes but is not limited to your participation in sessions, networking, and downloads.  Exhibitors will receive your information anytime you click into their booth and participate in sessions unless you Opt-Out while setting up your profile.
