Client Forum 2021 will take place Monday-Wednesday, October 4-6, at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa in San Antonio, Texas. Conference attendees who stay at the JW Marriott will receive the discounted room rate of $259 plus $20 resort fee plus tax per night.
The discounted room rates are available for October 1-9, and the deadline to book your room at the discounted rate is Wednesday, September 8, 2021.

If you need hotel check payment instructions, reach out to our registration team after you have made your hotel reservation. Check payments for your hotel stay must be received by the hotel no later than Wednesday, September 8, 2021. The hotel will not accept check payments onsite.
If you are a Speaker or MCG Staff member, please follow the hotel reservation instructions provided by your conference contact.
Reservation edits or cancellations must be made at least five days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within five days of arrival will be charged one night room and tax.
