Jacqueline (Jae) Berg is a Program Manager of the Solar on Multifamily Affordable Housing (SOMAH) Program. The SOMAH program provides financial incentives for installing photovoltaic (PV) energy systems on multifamily affordable housing. The program will deliver clean power and credits on energy bills to hundreds of thousands of California’s affordable housing residents. In this role, Jae manages the rebate application process, provides support to industry stakeholders and customers, oversees program goals and closely collaborates with other SOMAH Program Administrator team members. Additionally, Jae directs the California Public Utilities Commission’s Multifamily Affordable Solar Housing (MASH) Program in the San Diego Gas & Electric territory. Jae holds a master of architecture from the Newschool of Architecture and Design and a B.A. degree in architecture from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
