He primarily represents clients in the renewable energy and oil and gas industries in a variety of business and appellate litigation including contract disputes, real estate litigation, land use and zoning matters, construction disputes and litigation, and mechanics’ lien claims. Daniel currently represents various clients in state and federal courts across Ohio and Pennsylvania.
Prior to his work as a litigator, he practiced as a title attorney, drafting title opinions for oil and gas exploration and production companies.

When not working in service of the needs of his clients and community, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife, children and extended family, playing soccer, camping, hiking, and snow skiing.
