The Covid-19 crisis changed the A/E/C industry. Annual business plans and outlooks were essentially tossed out the window. Regular business development activities halted abruptly, and in-person meetings were essentially eliminated. This caused everyone to quickly pivot and find new ways to communicate with and maintain relationships with clients. Our industry is grappling with whether these changes are the “new normal” or if we are in a temporary state until things get back to normal. This session will look into how client communication strategies A/E/C firms have implemented in response to COVID-19 have influenced client relationships for better or worse.
