Dr. Srihari S. Naidu, MD, FACC, FSCAI, FAHA is Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratories, and Director of the Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Treatment Center at Westchester Medical Center. He is a Professor of Medicine at New York Medical College. Dr. Naidu is a Past Trustee of SCAI, Trustee Emeritus of Brown University, and President-Elect of the NY Chapter of the American College of Cardiology.
An author of over 130 original manuscripts, Dr. Naidu is an expert in the diagnosis and management of cardiogenic shock, the management of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and runs the alcohol septal ablation, ASD/PFO and watchman programs at Westchester Health Network. He is currently the highest volume operator for alcohol septal ablations in the United States, having personally performed over 220 procedures, and edits the main textbook Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, now in 2nd Edition. He also runs a live proctoring course for other interventional cardiologist interested in learning the techniqe.
Dr. Naidu has chaired or co-authored 2 national guidelines and 5 national consensus documents, and regularly lectures throughout the United States. He lives in Manhattan, New York, but has full offices in both Westchester and Long Island, where he sees patients from throughout the country.
