Universidad Carlos III de Madrid
Cristina Fernandez received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Universidad Politecnica de Madrid (UPM), Spain. Since 2003, she has been with the Department of Electronic Technology at the Carlos III University of Madrid (Spain), where she is currently associate professor.
Her research interests include the contactless transference of energy, the identification techniques applied to switching power converters and the design and modelling of very high frequency magnetic components.
Dr. Cristina FernÃ¡ndez is Member of the IEEE Power Electronics and Industrial Electronics Societies.
