This paper proposes a complete decentralized solution for power sharing in islanded microgrid without the aid of communication links. Based on the injected small AC signal into the output voltage of each DG unit, appropriate virtual impedances could be obtained to compensate the mismatched and complex line impedances, so the active, reactive, unbalanced and harmonic powers could be shared accurately. This makes it a promising strategy in practical microgrid applications with dispersed sources, various loads, and even a lossy bus, and it would not be limited to pure inductive or resistive line impedance conditions.
