DC electronic load, energy recycling, control strategy, seamless transition
Based on a 5 kW three-stage energy-recycling DC electronic load with a wide input voltage range of 150 V-750 V, a decoupling control strategy with separate control for each stage is presented. The system is composed of a SiC-based interleaved boost converter with an input current loop and an input voltage loop, a SiC-based LLC resonant converter (DCX) and a grid-connected single-phase T-type inverter with the double loop control including outer voltage loop and inner current loop. There are four basic operation modes:CC, CV, CR and CP. According to the property of the power source (voltage source, current source and the battery pack), seamless transition mode setting of the load is designed, realizing the smooth switching of different control loops.
