WVC 92nd Annual Conference
Setting fees properly is an important task in a veterinary practice; yet many hospitals don’t really know how to do this well. Historically, our profession hasn't really focused on good quality, comprehensive tools and models to help with this process; yet that has changed with the new VHMA Best Practices tools and a new pet owner pricing study to be released in the fall of 2019 that includes information about what pet owners are willing to pay for routine services and what client service aspects of a practice that would be willing to pay more for. This session will focus on individual changes practices can make in setting fees in order to maximize profits and retain clients. Capacity: 50. Price: $40.
