This 2-part lecture series focuses on identifying and defining organizational problems contributing to veterinary work-related stress and burnout, introducing organizational solutions, and offering innovative alternatives for veterinarians to take control of their career. Attendees are encouraged to come to both lectures; however, each lecture is designed to function independently.
