Amy Antoniolli is an environmental lawyer with broad experience in project development, administrative and enforcement-related issues. She advises clients on compliance with the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, RCRA, CERCLA, and the Illinois Environmental Protection Act. She also works on property remediation projects pursued under state and federal cleanup programs. Clients look to Amy for counsel on infrastructure development matters, project siting, project acquisition, and related environmental due diligence.
Prior to joining Schiff Hardin, Amy was a former adviser to the Illinois Pollution Control Board where she advised board members on interpretations of Illinois environmental statutes and regulations. She also drafted legislation and advised representatives in the Illinois legislature.
