In the field of cell and gene therapy, single cell analysis by flow cytometry plays a crucial role in characterization of clinical and process development products. Sophisticated polychromatic flow cytometry assays are both laborious and time consuming, especially for use in routine analytical support. To meet the ever-increasing demand for phenotypic analysis of process development samples, our team has built and deployed a completely automated analytics platform focusing on the execution and acquisition of flow cytometry assays. The Bio-Rad ZE5 Cell Analyzer provided the high throughput capabilities paired with access to the software API necessary to make this project a success. This talk will highlight development of the platform and integration of the ZE5 Cell Analyzer hardware and software.
