Assistant Professor
University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center
I have dedicated my career to the clinical and translational research of genitourinary malignancy with a particular focus on rare tumor types. I serve as the principal investigator of multiple clinical trials for patients with renal cell carcinoma, urothelial cancer, germ cell tumors, and adrenal cortical carcinoma. My translational research interest has focused on the impact of immune checkpoint inhibitors with thermal ablation. In addition to clinical care and research, my career passion gravitates around medical education involving medical oncology trainees, patients, and patient families/advocates.
