Raymond M. Beyda, MD is a current fellow in a combined Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Critical Care program at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University in Brooklyn, New York. He received his Bachelor of Science in anthropology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and then went on to study medicine at SUNY Stony Brook School of Medicine in Long Island, New York. He is now completing his training in Critical Care and is pursuing a combined career in Emergency Medicine and Critical Care. His main interests are critical care echocardiography, shock resuscitation, airway management, antibiotic stewardship, and medical education.
