Joshua Baugh, MD MPP is the Assistant Director of Clinical Operations, an Administrative Fellow, and a Disaster Medicine Fellow in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital. He attended Harvard Medical School and completed his residency at the UCLA Ronald Reagan Olive-View Program, where he was a Chief Resident. His research focuses on how organizational environments impact the work experience of emergency medicine providers, the administrative consequences of COVID-19 on emergency departments, and most recently how the COVID-19 environment is affecting provider experience and burnout within emergency medicine.
