Terri Davis, PA, MD is an Emergency Medicine resident at the University of Florida Shands in Gainesville, FL. She was a physician assistant for 20 years before earning her MD at West Virginia University School of Medicine. She is a physician in the Army National Guard and a mother of six. She received the United States Public Health Service Excellence in Public Health Award for her work serving the state of West Virginia leading a medical team providing first aid and tetanus shots after the 2016 floods. She was the editor of the AMA's theme issue on Human Trafficking published January 2017.
