How can I log on? When you arrive to the Virtual Conference Site, select “My Schedule” from the left-hand navigation or the bottom left tile. Enter your email in the “Email” field using the email that was used to register and enter the access code. You can use forgot login to retrieve your code.
After logging in, complete the “Networking Preferences” and “Privacy Notice.” You will also be able to edit your profile before accessing the full site.
How can I make changes to my profile? Once logged in, via the main homepage, click on your name which is located at the top right of the screen (next to Search).
Where can I find the full schedule? You can access the schedule by clicking “Full Schedule” on the left-side navigation or by clicking the Welcome banner on the site homepage.
How can I access My Schedule? Select My Schedule from the left-hand navigation or the bottom left tile.
Can I add sessions to my schedule? Yes, select the star next to the session listing and it will be added to your schedule as a favorite.
How can I access a session? From the list of sessions, click the title of the session you would like to access. A pop-up window will display and you can select buttons such as livestream, video chat, other URL, etc. In the bottom row based on what is available for the session.
How can I find the presentation slides for a session? From the list of sessions, click the title of the session you would like to access. A pop-up window will display and you can select buttons such as slides or handouts by the presenter names. Several weeks after the meeting concludes, a “Download All” will be added on the left-hand navigation of the tiled home screen so you can download all presentation slides and handouts in one folder.
How do I access the pre and post conference workshops? If you registered for those events, you will receive a separate email with a GoToWebinar or GoToTraining link to access the workshop.
Where can I find the evaluations and how do I complete one? The evaluations are located via “Evaluation” on the left-hand navigation of the tiled home screen. You can complete a general Convergence evaluation and session evaluations. Once you complete your evaluations, you will be able to print a customized certificate of attendance.
How can I find a publication that a speaker mentioned during a session? You can access publications showcased during the event in the RAPS Store or by visiting our staff in the RAPS Store in RAPS Central.
How long with the site and on-demand access be available for recorded sessions? This will be accessible until the end of January 2021.
