With visible hand piecing, a quilt can be as noticeably unique as a hand-quilted versus machine-quilted work. In this class, students will learn a variety of visible hand piecing techniques, and will begin of a 3x3-foot quilt top with Heidi’s guidance. Heidi will emphasize the ease with which curves and innovative shapes can be pieced, and technique and productivity will be emphasized in class over concept and discussion.
