The classic quilt block design known as 'rolling stone' is the starting point for this quilt. One complete block and several variations of the rolling stone design are found in this quilt. Inspiration for this design was from a workshop by Cheryl Brickey of Meadow Mist Design (Traditional Block, Modern Quilt: Designing with Negative Space) at QuiltCon 2019 and using EQ8 design software.
