This quilt was inspired by a sculpture in the Memorial to the Martyrs of the Deportation in Paris. It honors the French Jews, and other 'undesirables' who were deported to the concentration camps in WWII. The triangle and circle wall at the Memorial entrance inspired Rachael's quilting (which also includes some segments of barbed wire). Never Again!!
