This quilt was an experiment in using only 2 fabrics, a print and a solid. I positioned the print as the background to add a playful twist, reversing the traditional placements of pattern and solid. The combination of short and long stripes gives this quilt a structure. The triangles encourage the eye to glide along or come to an abrupt stop against a new line.
