After reading traditional magazines showcasing new block designs, I decided to try for a purely modern feel. Worked with a postcard block filled with various images of squares, cubes, half circles, triangles, and diamond shapes. Machine quilting also created graphic shapes within the negative space. Color palette consists of 6 solids on a brown background. The blocks of color in the border are the "off" elements of this quilt.
