I made this quilt to challenge myself to use colors I don't normally like in a quilt that still really resonated with my soul. Most quilts I make are intended for gifts. This was one of my first quilts intended only for me and I allowed myself to really let loose and let the design unfold as I sewed. I used Free Spirit and Kona solid precut 10" squares.
