My designs often build on each other and Next Teardrop is definitely an example of that, having been inspired by a previous quilt. Both designs focus on standard, repeated circles crafted in different values of the same color. In this version, the "circles" feel more organic and read as simple, clear shapes while also playing with movement and figure/ground relationships.
