She has a proven track record of creating highly collaborative, geographically diverse teams across organization jurisdictions to implement & promote solutions to achieve organizational-wide strategies. Her work to empower organizations around the globe, and thousands of GIS practitioners has resulted in the development of numerous state, national and international GIS Programs, Projects and Communities of Practice. Recognized for her expertise in enterprise GIS planning & implementation, she sits on several Boards, including the National States Geographic Information Council and Georgia Tech. Susan is an outstanding leader in the design, execution, maintenance and advancement of geospatial Programs based on her expertise in such areas as: system design, development, implementation, and maintenance; business process/workflow analysis; training program development; budget devo and oversight; internal and external communication and marketing; fundraising; contract negotiation and compliance; change management, and community building.
