Kim Rodgers, MA, is the Communications Manager for the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO). With a background in health communication, she uses her communications expertise to ensure that local health departments have the information and resources necessary to create and support healthier communities. She also supports health-equity related consulting projects, facilitates the Roots of Health Inequity course for NACCHO staff, serves as a lead for SHEILD, an internal NACCHO workgroup of Staff for Health Equity, Inclusion, and Lasting Diversity (SHEILD).
