Former Deputy Regional Disaster Officer with the American Red Cross. Former Program Manager for Region 3 Massachusetts Health & Medical Coordinting Coalition where he oversaw Public Health Emergency Preparedness for 49 cities & towns (1.5 Million people) Recently finished a large contract as SME/ Emergenc Preparedness Specialist for Eversource Energy Gas where he developed and oversaw the first in the nation Full Scale Exercise at a large LNG facility. Adjunct Instructor with the Center for Domestic Preparedness teaching ICS/NIMS, Haz-Mat and Healthcare Leadership. He is a past Chief Instructor at a privately held fire academy in Saudi Arabia.
