Amanda Brzozowski is an Epidemiology Specialist at the Saint Louis County Department of Public Health. She has an MPH (from Boston University School of Public Health) and a PhD (from Emory University, Rollins School of Public Health) in epidemiology and previously served as a CDC/ASPH Preparedness Fellow placed in the Vermont Department of Health. Amanda's responsibilities at the Saint Louis County Department of Public Health include routine and enhanced surveillance of communicable diseases, outbreak investigation, and the epidemiology of vectorborne diseases and perinatal hepatitis B. Amanda has assisted with and participated in radiological and communicable disease preparedness exercises, contributes to the Saint Louis Area Regional Response System (STARRS) Public Health Committee, and participates in NACCHO's Epidemiology workgroup.
