Kinaya Hardie is a Program Analyst at Healthcare Ready, where she manages a portfolio of projects focused on building community resilience in the face of threats against healthcare and public health. Kinaya has experience working in supply chain emergency management through Healthcare Ready's close partnership with medical supply chains, healthcare systems and facilities, and their federal stakeholders. Kinaya also has vast experience creating and facilitating emergency management trainings and exercises for healthcare facilities, associations, and community organizations. Kinaya provided analytical support for the creation of the Partnering with the Healthcare Supply Chain During Disasters tip sheet and self-assessment checklist.
At Healthcare Ready, Kinaya also provides research and analytical support on various research projects, focused on the pharmaceutical supply chain and patient medical fragility in a disaster. Her experience with emergency response began during the 2018 hurricane season and continues to this day, as a member of Healthcare Ready's emergency response support team, responding to Hurricane Michael, Hurricane Florence, countless wildfires, winter storms, and many other disasters and public health threats throughout the year.
