Kevin Dugan, MS, MPH, CHPCP is the Director of Emergency Management for New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai and its ambulatory footprint.
Mr. Dugan has spent nearly 15 years working in healthcare in a variety of roles and departments in New York, Boston, and New Orleans, with stops prior to Mount Sinai Health System including Bellevue Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and Tulane Medical Center. Over the last eight last 8 years his involvement with Emergency Management has included notable events Hurricane Sandy and caring for NYC’s Ebola patient, both while working at Bellevue Hospital.
Mr. Dugan holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Emergency Management from Boston University, a Master of Public Health from Tulane University, and a Bachelor of Science in Rehabiliation and Human Services from Boston University.
