Micro-tom(MT) is essential plant for bio-engineering research of tomato. MT has several major points like short life cycle(under 90 days), short height(10~20cm), dwarf size for suitable observation in lab. However, there is no previous effort for generating data base of time-sires growing precision MT images in South Korea. in this study, we established protocol of generating time-sires images for MT with high-throughput imaging analysis method. samples were grown in phytotron which is controled LED light(600umol/m2s), CO2 Level(380ppm), temperature(25℃/18℃) and humidity(60%), day 16 h/ night8 h. PSI system used for getting RGB images, Sample images were measured every 8 hours. Sample divided 2 group by growing period. Group A is 5 weeks and group B is 8 weeks after gemination. Analyzing Images for getting morphological traits(area, convex-hull, width) were used open source ImageJ. This study tried to established optimal protocol for generating MT images in high-throughput imaging and image analysis for morphological traits.
