In this presentation, I will introduce you to two new approaches that were developed in our group. These approaches allow the assessment of protein refoldability after unfolding caused by heat or chemical denaturants. Further, I will demonstrate how the presented approaches can be useful to select protein molecules with lower aggregation propensity and formulations that impede the formation of aggregates during storage.
