Summary of Research interests: Area of research interest: Cell & Molecular Biology, Genomics, Pharmacogenomics, Precision medicine, Human cancers.
My research in Dr. Mitra’s Pharmacogenomics lab focuses on combining cell line based drug-screening approaches with single-cell analysis and functional genomics for drug re-purposing and to characterize factors that influence in genetically heterogeneous drug-resistant human cancers. I am also the technical lead of AUPharmGx (Auburn University Pharmacogenomics and Single-cell Omics initiative) that Dr. Mitra is directing.
