August Bioservices is a US-based CRO and CDMO, offering a wide array of drug discovery, drug development and drug manufacturing contract services. Our robust capabilities support our clients' outsourcing needs at multiple points along the drug evolution pathway, from pre-clinical idea to clinical trial to commercial launch. Our clients rave about the expertise of our scientists, the rigor of our processes, the ingenuity and responsiveness of our teams, the flexibility of our scheduling, and, most importantly, the quality and repeatability of our results.
Our Research and Drug Discovery team has leading expertise around protein services, antibody development, fragmented-based screening, cell line development, and assay development and screening. We develop customized high-throughput assay designs and analytical methods to achieve the best quality control, candidate selection, and hit-to-lead identification of projects. Our instrumentation includes SPR, ITC and MassSpec. We have both in vivo and in vitro capabilities.
Our Drug Development and Formulation team has pharmaceutical development expertise and technical solutions across a range of non-GMP and cGMP compliant activities including analytical test method development and validation, ICH compatible stability studies and Compendial (USP/EP/JP) release testing for small and large molecules (NCE/NBEs). We support liquid injectable and semi-solid routes of drug administration.
Our Drug Manufacturing team provides cGMP manufacturing for target parenteral, oral, topical, and/or lyophilized drugs. Our capabilities include sterile and non-sterile manufacturing and filling as well as labeling and kitting services. We specialize in high-pressure microfluidizer technology for particle size reduction in small-to-medium scale batches.
An emerging leader today, our ambition is to become the “one-stop, end-to-end” preferred partner for our customers’ drug discovery, development and manufacturing needs.
