The increasing trends in data analytics are helping empower greater quality of care and advancing the operations within a healthcare organization.
This workshop is designed as a crash course in identifying the essential metrics in today’s private practice environment. In addition, attendees will learn where to gather data, how to use the data, and “best practices” for maximizing productivity and reimbursement through qualitative and quantitative analytics. In addition, attendees will learn the secret to creating efficiency in operating systems and what to measure when creating new operational systems. The final module of this course will go over employee empowerment and the role metrics play in holding team members accountable and empowering greater success from the team.
