Crystal Shen is a Technical Lead of Offshore Wind Energy at DNV GL focused on offshore wind energy assessment. Her professional experience includes met mast and remote sensing device siting, wind resource assessment, pre-construction wind project development, layout design, and operational and repowering energy assessments. She has supported the development of over 5 GW of wind farms, including the design of the measurement campaign and the first-year energy assessment in the New York Bight. She holds a BS in Environmental Engineering from the University of California San Diego.
