Requests for refunds due to cancellation must be received in writing. Cancellation request can be emailed to ExpoLogic-Registration@CommunityBrands.com. A service fee of $100 will be deducted from all refunds of cancellation requests received prior to February 17, 2020. Registrants who do not cancel prior to February 17, 2020 and do not attend will be responsible for the full registration fee
Paid registrants who are unable to attend the meeting may send an alternate. Substitution requests must be received in writing. A completed Substitution Form can be emailed to ExpoLogic-Registration@CommunityBrands.com. A service fee of $50 will be charged for each substitution. Substitutions can be made at any time. Participant or organization will be responsible for the fee.
Hotel reservations can be cancelled without penalty until February 21, 2020. A service fee of $50 will be charged for all cancellations received after February 21, 2020. Cancel a hotel reservation.
