Benchmarking is a fundamental tool for continuous improvement. Accordingly, the NHIF will be initiating new benchmarking programs in 2020, including “Patient Status at Discharge” and “30-day Re-hospitalization Rate.” This Round Table presentation will provide information on these new benchmarks including participation criteria, enrollment, program timelines, and data elements, de-identification, collection, and reporting.
