The focus of this presentation is to provide the attendee with an overview of the results from year one of the National Home Infusion Foundation (NHIF) Patient Satisfaction Survey and benchmarking program. This session will discuss how the survey was developed, the requirements for participation in the program, how provider confidentiality is maintained and data is analyzed and reported. Attendees will learn how to use the survey data/results to improve patient care and what the annual data is telling us about the home infusion profession. A glimpse into future benchmarking metrices will also be provided.
