America’s Governors Recognize Clean Energy Week
Beyond our nation’s capital, each year states across the country unite in celebrating National Clean Energy Week. For #NCEW20, Democratic and Republican governors, plus the mayor of Washington, D.C., have issued formal proclamations recognizing Sept. 21 - Sept. 25 as Clean Energy Week in their states.
Spanning all four corners of the country, these proclamations encourage citizens to champion, and take part in, commonsense solutions to curb emissions. Each of these declarations note how clean energy is responsible for thousands of jobs and remains a key driver of economic growth.
