As breast center leaders face new goals and challenges, many find their efforts inhibited by legacy organizational structures. With value -based and population health initiatives, breast centers leaders must seek needed collaboration with leadership, physicians and other departments to achieve their goals. This session will highlight the vertical engagement needed to support and negotiate conflicts and barriers to care a share vision which will be integral to success with payor reform .
