During this session we will review the latest therapeutic mechanisms that have been shown to enhance the efficacy associated with endocrine therapy in the treatment of metastatic breast cancer. The toxicities of these new therapies will be described, and supportive care recommendations will be provided. The challenges of sequencing targeted therapies with endocrine therapy will be discussed.
