This presentation will discuss current concepts and challenges in the imaging of lymphadenopathy including axillary and internal mammary chains. Imaging of lymph nodes including: mammography, ultrasonography, MRI, PET and sestimibi will be reviewed.

Describe findings of malignant lymphadenopathy on multimodality imaging.
Decribe how the Z0011 trial impacted lymph node imaging.
