109 - How to Approach the Inferior Breast: Inframammary Fold Approach, Anchor/Inverted T approach: Methods, Candidates, Guidelines

The inferior pole of the breast is at risk for poor cosmetic outcomes and bird beak deformity. Techniques distinct from the upper pole of the breast are often necessary to reduce the risk of poor cosmetic outcomes. For most patients, simple level one oncoplastic techniques can be used to eliminate postoperative deformity.
