The Commission on Cancer and the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers are two related but distinct accrediting organizations that assess a cancer programs care delivery, while the National Quality Measures for Breast Centers provides access to quality information and allows breast centers to compare their performance with other centers across the United States and beyond. How programs can use the tools these programs provide and the harmony across platforms will be critically analyzed.
