Methods to establish a network of administrators, physicians and care providers in order to leverage an oncology navigation program.
Learning Objectives:
Upon completion, participants will be able to identify influencial members of the care team with whom relationships should be established.
Upon completion, participants will recognize programmatic components to focus on to discuss with administration, providers and members of the multi-disciplinary team.
Upon completion, participants will implement processes to establish a solid network through which relationships may continue to grow and be created.
