Coming this fall! The OACS is an informant rating scale that measures neurocognitive impairment in individuals ages 55-90 years. It is the only screening tool that maps directly onto the six principal domains of neurocognitive function defined in the DSM-5® and helps you make quick decisions about your client’s mental status. The OACS Total T score indicates potential impairment, and an optional Domains of Concern profile helps you visually compare performance across all domains. Administration and scoring take just 10 minutes and are completed exclusively on PARiConnect, our online platform. The all-digital format ensures safe and convenient access to informant raters.
The RIAS-2 is a full IQ battery that can be used as a stand-alone intellectual assessment tool for ages 3-94 years or as part of a larger battery to help diagnose intellectual disabilities or learning disabilities and determine educational placement. Its low emphasis on motor demand makes it a more precise measure of general intelligence. Percentile ranks, confidence intervals, T scores, z scores, NCEs, and stanines are available for index scores. A screening option (the RIST-2), new remote and in-person e-stimulus books, and a Spanish responses form are also available, and interpretive reports are available on PARiConnect, our online platform.
The BRIEF2 ADHD Form uses scores from the BRIEF2 – the gold-standard rating scale for executive function—to predict likelihood of ADHD diagnosis and determine ADHD subtype. First, ratings are plotted against skylines of established profiles of children diagnosed with ADHD. Next, probability of ADHD is determined using positive and negative predictive values. Finally, BRIEF2 item responses are compared to a checklist of items that align with DSM-5® criteria for ADHD-Inattentive and ADHD-Hyperactive/Impulsive diagnoses. The BRIEF2 ADHD helps clinicians get children and adolescents ages 5-18 years the supports they need. Administration and scoring are also available on PARiConnect!
Identi-Fi is an appealing and accurate test of visual organization that helps clinicians assess traumatic brain injury or central nervous system compromise and monitor recovery following a brain injury. Modern and colorful, realistic stimuli make it more relevant to current populations—and more adaptable to visually impaired individuals. Less reliance on motor ability means Identi-Fi is easier to interpret and more accurate than measures requiring fast and accurate fine motor control. Administration and scoring take just 15 minutes, and the new Identi-Fi e-Stimulus book offers a more convenient and hygienic way to conduct face-to-face testing.
The new MMPI®-3 is the most up-to-date personality assessment available for mental health, medical, forensic, and public safety settings. The test is modernized for today’s clients and provides new norms and updated items and scales. The MMPI-3 continues to build on the history and strengths of the MMPI instruments to provide an empirically validated, psychometrically relevant standard for psychological assessment.
The PAI Plus uses items from the Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI)—an objective inventory of adult personality—and provides an updated way to interpret the data. This new report offers a DSM-5® update that aligns diagnostic possibilities with the criteria, an optional Alternative Model for Personality Disorders Profile, 15 additional supplemental indices, profile overlays for context-specific normative groups, and an updated and modern PARiConnect report. A manual supplement details the research, theory, and development behind this update. The PAI Plus is available only on PARiConnect. A software update is coming in 2021!
